Do you ship?

We have partnered with Plycon Transportation Group which offers White Glove Delivery. Your piece will be blanket wrapped and delivered into your home.

How much is shipping?

We offer a Flat Rate for most orders over $2500. Flat Rate shipping is not available on Trade or discounted items. Deliveries to remote locations will be quoted separately.

How long will it take to receive my item?

In stock items generally take between 4-8 weeks depending on location. Custom orders will take longer depending on the length of time to build. We can estimate that prior to purchase.

What if my piece is damaged during shipping?

You are responsible for inspecting the item upon delivery AND prior to the departure of the delivery company. If the piece is damaged then simply refuse delivery and the piece will be returned to us. There will be no charges incurred. This is the only option for dealing with damage from shipping.

What if I change my mind after the piece is shipped?

You may return the item for a refund less a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item to obtain a return authorization. Shipping costs are not refundable.
